- Editing: All images will be professionally edited before delivery.

- Turnaround Time: The typical turnaround time for image delivery is 1-2 weeks, subject to change based on project complexity.
5. Use of Images
By engaging our services, you grant Harrington Filmworks the rights to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the images taken during your sessions for any purpose, including but not limited to:
- Marketing and promotional materials.
- Portfolio showcases.
- Social media and website content.
You agree that Harrington Filmworks owns the rights to these images, and you waive any claims to royalties or compensation for their use.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Preparation: Clients are responsible for being prepared for their photography sessions, including having all necessary attire and props.
- Timeliness: Clients must arrive on time for their scheduled sessions. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time or rescheduling.
7. Limitation of Liability
Harrington Filmworks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.
